5 Days Notice Scotts Pine (T4) was felled in August 2017 as the tree had died and having contacted the planning office, I was advised by Annabel Authers, Customer Service Officer, that I could remove the tree as it was dead and potentially dangerous. I was not asked to provide any paperwork. Scotts Pine (T3) I have been advised by 1st Class Tree Surgeons, 53 Saxons Heath, Long Wittenham, OX14 4PU. The the second Scotts pine is now also dead and should be felled.
