Application overview
Removal of ornamental Cherry tree and replace with fruit tree. Reason: Cherry tree needs to be felled and replaced as the roots have extended under adjacent walls. Roots have broken surface on neighbour's drive and is close to the property of Dandridges Mill. Also very close to second wall at Old Mill House which arborist advises is being undermined and is under pressure. Tree has been inspected by Trotter Tree Works. Tree is of low amenity value and needs to be removed to protect building structures. Replacement tree to be positioned forward from wall.
