Application overview
Conifer tree at the end of a line of 5 conifer trees that form a hedge. Tree branches are dead from half way down and will not re-green. There is a Rowan tree next to it and the crown of the conifer is affecting the space for crown of the Rowan tree and stifling the growth of the rowan's crown. The conifer tree has little value and we want to allow the Rowan tree to grow freely.
