Council planning record

To facilitate upgrade in electrical supply for heat pump and electric car charger installation, electrical supply duct must be installed in accordance with design and specification from Scottish and Southern Electric Distribution - Job no. EUH 952. This requires digging a 110mm diameter duct approx 450mm deep adjacent / between two trees - Laburnum (approx 240 mm dia) and a self seeded cherry,(approx 245mm dia). The laburnum stands alone and has low amenity value. The cherry tree grows alongside 2 similar cherry trees which are surrounded by a mature mahonia bush. The required trench will be hand dug with care to avoid large roots and pass the ductwork through / around any roots, and then back filled with the soil removed with some added organic matter / fertiliser
