Council planning record

1. Lawson Cyprus - to remove this tree and grind out stump. This tree is very large and close to our house and neighbours have asked for removal for light/leaf litter. There is a Robinia tree that we would like to keep and enable it to grow in a more balanced way. We will not re-plant this corner with a tree and intend to extend current plant beds. 2. Irish Strawberry Tree - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. This tree is very closely planted to the California Cedar and Red Birch. This tree is oddly shaped and taking light from the front of the house. Will not replant with a tree and will extend existing plant beds. 3. Holly tree - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. This tree is close to the garage and we intend to do building works. 4. Holly tree - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. This tree is towering above the garden along the path to the house. 5. Norther White Cedar - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. This small tree is on the corner of the path and blocks light to the garden behind and rear porch area which we would like to use as a seating area. Will grass/re-garden when removed. 6. Northern White Cedar - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. This tree is blocking light to the kitchen area. Will grass/re-garden when removed. 7. Common Juniperus - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. This is a large tree in bad condition amongst a number of other trees that we would like to keep. This tree is blocking light from trees behind, causing them to grow in an unbalanced way, which is causing problems with the trees' balance and growth. Will not re-plant located on a small wall garden and will grass/re-garden when removed. 8. Chamacyparis Lawsoniana - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. This is another large tree that has grown too big for space and surrounding trees. We would like to remove for the benefit of other trees. 9. Platycladus Orientalis - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. Small tree that is struggling to grow amongst a lot of larger trees. We will remove and not re-plant in this space. 10. Common Juniperus - to remove this tree and grind/dig out stump. Located along dry stone wall amongst a number of trees. We would like to remove to thin out along this section of wall.
