Application overview
It is proposed to replace the existing flat roof of the garage with a pitched roof, convert part of the garage to a small study, replace the flat roof of the existing covered passageway to the side of the house with a pitched roof and extend 6m off the back of the property to create outdoor storage area. It is also proposed to render the external walls of the property and clad the garage with a softwood cladding.
