Proposed erection of single storey timber clad detached garden room/outbuilding in rear garden within canopy of Sycamore's (T1 & T2) position marked on page 3 of design and access document. The building does not require a full concrete pad as the building is set on a series of concrete piles that are placed at intervals of 1m apart under the floor. The building does not come in contact with the ground as it suspended on the concrete piles. Some minor preparation works will be required to level the area. Meticulous attention will be paid to avoiding the tree roots when the work is being carried out. Please see Tree Root Protection Measures document. Once the studio is complete, the site will be replanted with native ferns and bulbs.
