Non Material Amendment - 1. A window has been added to the first floor of Block A, on the far eastern extent to satisfy SBD officer comments to ensure natural surveillance of this area. 2. The bin store door has been relocated from front to side elevation to better facilitate bin movement. To accommodate this change, the roof eaves was raised c.300mm to accommodate a full height door, however the ridge remains the same height. 3. The pavement on left of entrance way has been changed to soft landscaping to satisfy SBD to ensure there is no public views directly into the ground floor dwelling. 4. The cycle store has been updated to reflect current proposal (3.45m x 2.35m to accommodate 8No cycles). This is an increase from storing 7 cycles to 8 cycles on site.
