Application overview
High priority works to T1 - Ash. Self-seeded tree, minor deadwood. Early onset of Ash Die Back. Remove tree and poison stump to prevent any re-growth. As risk of future long term direct damage is high (letter from KCC with regards damage to the footpath) and it is very unlikely you could re-instate the footpath (to the same level) without severing structural roots - minimum for lateral root severance on one side of a tree is 3 x stem diameter.
