Listed Building application: Alterations to existing cellar, a new single storey extension connected to the house via a proposed glazed link situated to the north of the house. Reinstatement of elements including balustrade above the porch; refurbishment of the historic fabric including decorative plasterwork ceiling, cornices and historic doors; replacement of pine floors to the ground floor will be removed and replaced with floorboards in keeping with the original boards. Upgrading of building services. Alterations to landscaping.
