Applicants ref T1 (4 alders) that stand along the rear of no 7 (& every adjoining dwelling). They stand at 6m tall with a lateral spread of 3m. Proposed is the re pollarding to a height of 3.5m to bring them into line with most of the neighbouring alders, many of which we have previously reduced/pollarded. The applicants wish to maintain some screening from the immediate rear neighbours & hope to encourage lower growth of foliage. Standing in Group G1 of Tree Preservation Order.
