Council sourceDespite asking tree care specialist the 2 trees concerned are unidentified. I don't think that they fall under TPO11/87 as they were planted by the developer of the road in the early 1990's, but I wanted to be safe not sorry. We would like to reduce and shape the trees as they are now very tall and when in full leaf in windy conditions do not appear at all stable.
