Application overview
A new primary public entrance for pedestrians is to be formed to providefully accessible access to this building complex. When completed the existing entrance, formed in 1971 in the centre of the listed building, will be closed. The recent structure will be removed and the fenestration returned to it's original condition. The internal space will be revised as an office - it's designed use. **This application will be determined by the Secretary of State**
