Outline planning application for new building on site currently occupied by Pakefield Middle School (scale, appearance, layout, landscaping for Phases 2 & 3 to be reserved for future planning submission), access scale appearance layout and landscaping for Phase 1, detail included as part of application with new vehicular, pedestrian & cycle access proposed for London Road. For information: As part of the school organisation review for the Lowestoft area the County Council intends to create a two tier education system and the Middle School site will become the site of a High School. Changes to the pattern of schools in Lowestoft were approved by the Schools Adjudicator in February 2009."
