Application overview
Demolition of existing 1960s Children's Home (Alexandria House) and reprovision of facility to provide accommodation for up to 8 children (split across a 2 bed independence flat and a 6 bed house). The scheme will also incorporate a new access road (to highway specification) along the eastern boundary, to allow future developments on the Brooklands / South Court site to be accessed directly from Hospital Road.
