Application overview
Conversion of existing fire station into blue light hub for use by fire, police and ambulance services. Work to include demolition of fire appliance garage and replacement as 2-storey block with ground floor fire appliance bays and first floor offices and dormitories; demolition and rebuilding of single storey block to north-west; demolition of north-east corner to create a canopied entrance; remodelling of main elevations to Princes Street and Chancery Lane; refurbishment of smoke training building to rear. Remodelling of external areas including car parking and landscaping.
