Council planning record

Non Material Amendment - A temporary haul road is required over part of the restored area in order to allow access to continue to fill to the approved levels. The road will be approximately 8m wide and will be constructed by stripping off the topsoil and placing in into bunds at the edges of the road. The exposed subsoil will covered with a geotextile and then a layer of hard core. We anticipate that the haul road will remain in position for up to two years post completion. Once the road is no longer required, the hard core and geotextile will be excavated and removed to landfill. The subsoil will then be ripped to relieve any compaction and the topsoil will be replaced and seeded.
