Construction of a new 2 storey Vocational Skills Centre for pupils aged between 14 - 19 years old and community users / adult education groups. Refurbishment to a portion of the existing building (North Wing) will accommodate additional classrooms. New car parking as shown on the proposed drawings will allow for addition parking within the Kingsfield Centre
