Application overview
A Lawful Development Certificate for: (a) the use of the land as an Aggregates Handling Wharf, for throughputs of up to 379,000 tonnes of aggregate in any 12 month period; storage at any time of between 15,000 and 40,000 tonnes of aggregate; with all aggregate discharged from or loaded onto sea-going vessels, or brought onto the wharf or removed from the wharf by road-going vehicles. (b) Development and activities taking place on the wharf comprise an office/mess, weighbridge, control shed, general storage shed, oil storage container, product bays, moveable wall sections, water bowser, mobile conveyor, loading shovels, water tank, waste oil tank and gas oil tank.
