Application overview
Internal remodelling of No.20 Bolton Lane to provide additional teaching space to the neighbouring St Margaret's CEVAP School. The proposed works are to provide a split reception/Early years class base on the Ground Floor, they include the removal or a later addition stud wall, boxing in of two existing fireplaces to allow them to be safely retained general redecoration and replacement of the floor covering.
