Application overview
To Vary Condition 25 (Restoration) of Planning Permission F/96/596 (Approval of Conditions under the Environment Act 1995 in respect of permission reference no: N1489/5/M dated 8 November 1958) by deleting reference to 1st July 2011 date within the condition. The revised wording would still retain the need for a restoration scheme submission within 3 months of the date of commencement of chalk extraction from Phase 2 or 3 whichever is the earlier.
