Proposed revision to phasing of mineral extraction and restoration to permit approved phase 7 to be extracted prior to subsequent development; (Variation of condition 48 of permission F/09/0389, with consequential amendments to conditions 1, 21, and 22 in respect of references to approved drawings and documentation). Phasing order is to be re-numbered in event of approval.
