Application overview
To construct a ramp to the east of the main entrance. This will be 1.8m wide retained by a low wall faced in render with simple hand rails on each side. At the top of the ramp a level threshold would extend across the width at the main entrance with graded steps down to the pavement. The pavement has been extended by 3m outside the library to allow adequate space for pedestrian through movements.
