Application overview
A non-material amendment to address an administrative error in the publishing of the Decision Notice which has a small number of discrepancies to the wording of Conditions 2, 20 and 29 of Planning Permission 20/01131/OUT. The wording submitted as part of this application reflects the wording of these conditions presented to members during planning committee and agreed with the Applicant during the planning application process. As such, we welcome the authority determining this application positively without delay.
