Specimen with good leaf cover and establishment at time inspection. Construction of the garage likely to be detrimental to the health and stability of the Beech. Due to the proximity of the garage construction and the potential for structural stability root damage. Due to T5 being within falling distance of properties.Due to concerns of property owner and third parties. Fell recommended and therefore requested.
