Non material amendment to planning permission 07/2016/0593/FUL amendments include slight widening of the pedestrian access from Brownedge Road to the store entrance to allow greater pedestrian circulation space and safety. Two parking bays to the right-hand side of the pedestrian access are slightly moved; the wing wall adjacent to the new planter is removed, the planter is slightly adjusted and a new safety bollard is shown. Additional changes are also the inclusion of a gate to the side of the store adjacent to 146 Brownedge Road and the insertion of a fire escape door which is shown on plans P001 Rev A and P002 Rev A. A new landscaped area is also shown at the corner of the site at Brownedge Road and Todd Lane North
