  1. Decision MadeP21/S1758/TPO

Willow tree to be trimmed as neighbours complaining and hanging in roadway. The plan is to reduce the crown 35%. Our neighbours house is greatly effected by the tree as it blocks light and rains debris down and has caused some unpleasant emails to come our way. Also the bus company has complained as the busses hit the overhang on the road hitting the bus and restricting view on the dangerous corner. Ideally the tree should be removed on safety issues due to its proximity over occupied houses and the road. To complicate matters further it has the electricity supply running through it. Although the council excepts responsibility should a fatality or damage occur, I feel it is a matter of time being such a large tree.
