Application overview
Replace FF dormer with duo pitched roof, extend structure over GF existing kitchen. GF front porch and conservatory, new duo pitched roof. Garage, extend Eastward by 1.2m to accommodate new stairs. Office FF to include WC services etc, new double garage door to North aspect. Move access-egress site to highway Eastward. Remove North boundary brick structure and replace with low picket fence. Proposed pathway from North boundary to repositioned front door access to dwelling. Remove discrete clad areas, complete render to all facets except West aspect.
