Non-material amendment to planning permission P25/S1017/HH, for the following: substitution of tile hanging for timber boarding as the replacement finish to the existing cement render to the first floor of the annex, two additional rooflights, with one consented rooflight omitted, the removal of one chimney stack to the main house and adjustments to the arrangement of some window and door openings.
