Application overview
The proposal seeks to refurbish the Grade II listed building: demolish the existing side extension, and replace it with a single-storey side extension, replacement and new dormer windows to the second floor. Demolition of the existing garage and replace with a carport and storage space above. All existing windows are to be repaired or replaced with new units matching the original detailing, and new Air Source Heat Pump. Replace the existing boundary fence with a block and render wall.
