Non-material amendment on planning application P20/S1358/HH (Removal of existing glazed conservatory roof and adding replacement zinc roof and demolition of existing garage and storage shed with replacement store and home office) - to change the conservatory roof from zinc to slate, change the conservatory gable from glazed to timber boarding & keep the existing conservatory windows in lieu of the bi-fold doors approved.
