Remove major deadwood throughout and install non invasive cobra brace on limb with cavity near main stem. Include reduction of low growing southward limb with fiber buckling near main stem to alleviate strain by up to 1mtrs lateral growth. Cuts not exceeding 80mm. Remove arisings.
