Understand planning application documents, officer reports and decision notices. Use a reading checklist, document table and worked example to inspect a case.
Application overview
Redecoration of shop front. Redecoration of walls and ceiling (between beams). Retention of existing lighting systems. Installation of new cash desk/till point. Installation of small domestic style kitchen, plus plumbing. Construction of one half height plasterboard wall between lower and upper sections. Retention of existing floor coverings.
