Application overview
Certificate of Lawful Existing Development relating to the erection of a single dwelling. This followed the grant of permission for change of use of the associated land, outbuildings and stone barn to a dwelling. The permission (P10/W0158) was not implemented in accordance with the approved plans and four years has passed since the completion of the dwelling, thus rendering it immune from enforcement action.
