Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Plans) 4 (Tree Protection) 5 (Landscaping), 10 (Parking & Manoeuvring Areas Retained) on planning application P21/S4715/FUL (Planning approval implemented during March/April 2025 - Proposed extensions and alterations to clubhouse building to provide improved changing, fitness and social facilities (including improved changing and locker room facilities); new indoor swimming pool; enhancements to hard and soft landscaping) - to enable very modest changes to the building envelope in respect of the new dining room and first floor yoga studio, along with alterations to the approved golfers lounge to make this a more solid structure than allowed for by the original planning approval. The wording of appropriate conditions also needs amending in respect of details which have already been submitted to the Council for its approval.
