Application overview
Single storey ground floor rear extension to increase size of kitchen and living space. Increase height of existing first floor extension to south elevation and add two dormer windows to front and rear elevations. Conversion of existing internal garage to form a study. Replacement of car port with a double garage. Replacement of shed with a flat roofed studio. Cladding to upper elevations. Addition of second bay window and porch over the front door.
