Application overview
Two-storey front extension. Alterations to the fenestration and roof, including replacement and an increase in roof height at the rear, together with rendering/cladding of the existing brick walls. Widening of existing vehicular access (Amended plans received 19 August 2025 showing a reduction in the width of the vehicular access, minor alterations to the utility room windows and door openings, and increase in the size of the rooflights).
