Council milestones and published deadlines. A deadline passing does not confirm a decision.
Three yew trees. Limited crown reduction in order to provide adequate clearance from Grade 2 listed property (The Oast House) for safety purposes due to overhang. Crown thinning 10%, height reduction 2m, lateral spread reduction 3m at the maximum point (the tree has not grown symmetrical due to proximity to building but will look more circular after the job). No trees have TPO. All three are in a conservation area.
