Application overview
T1 - Sycamore: Observations: This large Sycamore dominates the residential garden where it is located, and would benefit from general management. The tree has grown significantly for it's location, and is beginning to encroach on our clients neighbours property, who have reported failing branches in areas where their children play. The tree also overhangs the boundary fence, onto a public footpath, which should the Sycamore continue to have failing branches then would cause a ProW health and safety risk. The recommended works are for general maintenance. Recommendations: Crown reduction - reducing the height by 1 metre and the spread of the tree by up to 2 metres to balance and shape. Crown lift to 6 metres.
