It is proposed to carry out a phase of repair and refurbishment to the building including: re-covering of tiled roof, including sundry repairs to timbers, and addition of insulation. Repair and redecoration of rainwater goods system. Raking out and repointing exposed brickwork elements. Repairs to timber frame. Repair and redecoration of timber doors.
