Application overview
It is proposed to carry out a phase of conservation works to the building including: re-bedding the ridge tiles, re-flaunching of the bellcote, cleaning and conservation of the masonry, re-setting of coping stones including the introduction of a wall head DPC, copperas wash to the stonework, installation of an air dam, regrouting of the tile floor internally, repair and redecoration of the timber doors.
