T1 - Oak: Observations: This tree is located within a cul-de-sac location, where the residents are responsible for the land. The Oak has a low limb which from 5 metres has an open wound, with significant decay along its entire length. This limb supports another limb from above - should the lower limb fail, then the upper will also. Recommendations: The limb with the open wound - remove back to the first branch union, 1 metre from main stem. Remove the supported limb back to next branch union.
