T1 - Lime on South Western boundary to reduce height and lateral spread by 1-2m, remove epidermic growth from stem and deadwood throughout crown. Tree has been historically reduced regularly and over extended lateral growth to South is encroaching on neighbouring property. (TPO T7). T2 - Birch on Northern boundary to reduce over extended lateral limbs on Northern aspect of crown by up to 2m, tapering into top, leaving a balanced and flowing crown outline.
