I wish to reduce the crown by approximately 10m, of an extremely tall Douglas Fir (1) which is located in our front garden to a height that matches that of two Douglas firs on my neighbour's property. Given the height of our Douglas fir, I am very concerned that the tree could be blown over in a major storm, putting people's lives at risk as well as causing damage to our property and that of at least two neighbours. The crown reduction will be undertaken by Ron Chalk a local tree surgeon.
