T1 - Pear - reduce in height by 2.5m to contain and then reduce lateral growth to balance. Ensure clearance is maintained from neighbouring property. T2 - Ash & T3 - Beech - reduce all round by 15% to contain by removing up to 2m apical and lateral growth to ensure sections of canopy growing towards neighbouring properties are reduced as much as possible. T4 - Ash - thin reduce by 15% to contain by removing up to 2m apical and lateral growth.
