Non material amendment to P24/S0551/FUL (Replace existing yurt with proposed structure) - reducing the size of the building from 50 sq metres to 33 sq metres. Reducing from four windows to two windows. Not installing the two rooflights. Adding an additional French door. Using ground pins to secure the structure to the ground and not building a four course brick wall. Having a suspended timber floor rather than a rammed earth floor.
