Application overview
Proposed demolition of two existing cottages (Old Vicarage Cottage and Pear Tree Cottage) and ancillary buildings/structures and erection of four new cottages (3 x 3 bed and 1 x 4 bed) with associated parking, amenity space and BNG provision. Amendments to previously approved new Church Lane entrance and erection of new boundary walls, estate railing fencing and entrance gates and pillars. (As amended by plans and information received 26 November 2024).
