Non material amendment to P21/S1133/FUL (Construction of 86 dwellings, access road and balancing ponds and delivery of open space, landscaping and areas for play) - for: 1 Relocation of Substation and Pump station from under overhead power cables due to safety and to allow construction to start onsite. 2. Realignment of footpath to southern boundary to allow for Ultra High Voltage Power cables to be undergrounded and kept away from construction area. 3. Update to layout to reflect M4(2) & M4(3) requirements. 4. Changes to block paving and tarmac.
