Council planning record

T1 - Cedar - Fell one large Cedar in group of three, situated between Skipwith Cottages and Sports Hall. Mature large tree is positioned within fenced garden in close proximity to driveway, buildings and high volume pedestrian area. Rooting area largely covered with Astro Turf. Cauliflower fungus fruiting bodies historically noted. Recent Arb Report found trees lower stem to be greatly compromised. Probably with large areas of decay in various stages (attachment included T37 in Arb Report) I believe the evidence indicates tree is currently in a very precarious position.  T2 & T3 - Cedars - Two Large Cedar trees in group of three, situated between Skipwith Cottages and Sports Hall. - Reduce crowns from T2 & T3 by approximately 20%, equivalent to removing an average of 2.5m from side growth. Up to 3.5m might be removed from branches protruding out from crown the furthest. - Nothing to be removed from the trees height on mane stem, but up to 3m will be removed from secondary growth growing out upwardly.
