Application overview
Cut down and remove stump of Thuja tree to the rear of the property. Situated 2 metres from rear boundary, 5 metres from property to north, 19 m from rear gardens of the neighbouring properties to the north and south. Not visible from the roadway nor from neighbouring dwellings. Planted by me. No tree survey as tree healthy, but has outgrown place in garden. Wish to make space for oak tree in hedge adjoining to grow.
